Recommended steps:
- Ensures the general conference is complemented by high-quality workshops
- In cooperation with EAI Conference Manager, solicits workshops proposals and targets relevant topics
- Searches for and recruits Workshop Program Chairs who hold specific workshops
- Writes a Call for Workshop Proposals, reviews proposals and gives recommendations about workshops to the GC and EAI Conference Manager
- All workshops are finally approved by EAI
